Our beef is dry-aged for 7-21 days before being processed. Dry-aged beef accumulates outstanding tenderness due to the process of natural fermentation. With this, the beef’s natural enzymes break down connective tissue which allows for an easily digestible and more flavorful product.
Our beef contains exactly that – only beef and processed without the chance of cross-contamination.
