We do NOT guarantee that products will arrive fully frozen.
All Farmcraft products are shipped fully frozen, but there is no guarantee as to how frozen the products will be upon arrival. Please be assured that if there is some thawing that takes place, refreezing the products will not affect the quality.
As long as product is 45 degrees Fahrenheit or lower on a meat thermometer, this is considered safe to feed store into your freezer.
If the middle part of the chub is solid/cold and the ends are soft, the product will be colder than 45 degrees. Safe product coloration is varying shades of pale pink (rabbit, turkey, chicken) to deep pink/red (beef, goat), dependent on protein. Rancid meat is discolored with a pungent odor.
FedEx Orders are collected for the week until 11:59:59 Saturday, and then shipped out the following week on Wednesday, guaranteed arrival is Thursday for 1 day and Friday for 2 day ship options.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF SUMMER TEMPS WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SHIP OPTIONS! Many areas need 1 day in the summer months.
It is *highly recommended* to choose 1 day shipping June through August to ensure your product arrives cold.

Local Pick Up Orders:
**For Local Pick Up Orders you MUST come at the designated pick up time.**
For All suburb locations, except Aurora, you must meet the truck onsite. Flex window pick up locations (Chicago and Aurora) do not have refrigerators or freezers to store forgotten orders.
Farmcraft is not responsible should you forget to pick up your order.
